【Abstract】 Graft fixation is the most important and weakest link in anterior cruciate ligament(ACL) reconstruction.Two main biomechanical properties of graft-bone conjunction are strength and stiffness.There are many fixation methods in the basis the of different grafts and oprative methods selected.Interference screw fixation is considered the standard method for bone-patelar tendon-bone graft fixation.There remains ambignity about tendon-to-bone fixation.A variety of ACL fixation techniques have been developed to deal with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.更多还原
