【摘要】 目的研究整合素连接激酶(ILK)与胃癌的发生、侵袭和淋巴转移之间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学Envision二步法对112例胃癌及76例正常胃粘膜组织的ILK进行检测。结果胃癌组ILK表达明显高于正常胃粘膜组,差异具显著性(χ2=8.962,P<0.05);在胃癌浸润超过肌层组明显高于未超过肌层组(χ2=7.928,P<0.05),伴淋巴结转移组明显高于无淋巴结转移组(χ2=9.260,P<0.05)。结论ILK与胃癌的发生和发展密切相关,在胃癌的发生、侵袭和淋巴结转移过程中起促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between ILK and development of gastric carcinoma.Methods ILK of 72 normal gastric mucosa and 112 gastric carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry EnVision method.Results The expression of ILK of gastric carcinoma was significantly higher than that of normal gastric mucosa(P<0.05).Comparing with nonrunning muscular layer group the expression of ILK of running muscular layer group enhanced obviously(P<0.05),and the results was same of lymphatic metastasis group contrasting with non-lymphatic metastasis group(P<0.05).Conclusion There has close relathionship between ILK and development of gastric carcinoma.It can promote the malignant change,invasion and lymphatic metastasis of gastric cancer.更多还原
