【摘要】 目的提取并分析泗河流域银杏叶中黄酮和萜内酯两种有效成分的含量,探讨它们与银杏生长的相关性。方法先用溶剂浸取法制得银杏叶提取物,然后取样用高效液相色谱法测定银杏总黄酮和银杏总内酯的含量。结果不同生长期、不同树龄的银杏叶中黄酮和萜内酯的含量差异显著并有明显的规律性。结论选择最佳采摘期和2～5a树龄的银杏树叶可获得较高的有效成分含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between the quantity of flavonoides and terpene lactones in ginkgo leaves from SIHE area and its growth.Methods RP-HPLC-ELSD were used to determine flavonoides and lactones after the extracts had been obtained.Results There were a marked differencs among the quantity of flavonoides and terpene lactones in ginkgo leaves from different aged trees and different growth periods and the rules appear obviously.Conclusion Higher quality of ginkgo leaves can be got by picking in the best growth period from 2～5-aged trees.更多还原
