基于ANSYS的U形波纹管热应力分析
Thermal-stress Analysis of the U-shape Bellow Based on ANSYS
【摘要】 本文基于非线性有限元理论,针对波纹管轴向刚度大,径向刚度小,能承受较大的轴向位移和一定的内、外压力的特点,采用ANSYS有限元软件首次对整体波纹管进行热-应力耦合分析,研究波纹管在交变载荷和温度场的作用下刚度与位移、应力应变情况,并预测波纹管的疲劳寿命。
【Abstract】 Based on the fact that U-shape bellows has high axial with low radial rigidity and can bear big axial force and some radial pressure,this paper analyses the thermal-stress couple problem of bellows using the finite element method(FEM) of ANSYS.Based on the nonlinear theory of FEM,this study gets the relation between rigidity and displacement and predicts the result of fatigue life.
