【摘要】 目的:评价国产长春瑞滨(NVB,商品名盖诺)联合顺铂(DDP)治疗晚期转移性乳腺癌的临床疗效和毒副反应。方法:32例晚期转移性乳腺癌患者第1、8天采用长春瑞滨25 mg/m2,静脉滴注;第1-3天用DDP30 mg/m2,静脉滴注。21 d为1周期,2周期后评价疗效。结果:全组均可评价,完全缓解(CR)4例,部分缓解(PR)14例。有效率(RR)为56.25%。剂量限制性毒性为骨髓抑制,外周静脉炎的发生率亦较明显。结论:长春瑞滨联合顺铂对晚期转移性乳腺癌有较高疗效,毒副反应可耐受。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:To evaluate the results of combination chemotherapy with navelbine(NVB) and cisplatin(DDP) treating patients with advanced breast cancer.Methods:Thirty-two case of advanced breast cancer patients were treated with chemotherapy consisting of NVB 25 mg/m2,day1 and day8,PPD 30 mg/m2,day1~day3,repeated every 21 days.Effect has been evaluated after 2 cycles.Results:All case were evaluated.There were 4 CR in patients treated with the regimen,PR was 14.The response rate was 18 in 32 case(56.25%).The side effects were mainly myleosuppression and peripheral phlebitis.Conclusion:Combined chemotherapy is safe in the treatment of advanced breast cancer patients,and the adverse effects are tolerable.更多还原
