【摘要】 目的:观察中西医结合治疗126例功能性消化不良(FD)的疗效。方法:将126例FD患者随机分为中药组(A)、西药组(B)和中西药组(C),分别给予中药复方,吗丁啉和中西药联合治疗,疗程4周。观察治疗前后症状积分的变化并计算胃内残存率的变化。结果:中药组总有效率为68.1%,西药组为65%,疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05),中西药组为85.7%,疗效高于另外两组(P<0.05),中西医组15 min、30 min和60 min胃残余率明显低于中药组和西药组,有显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:中药复方和吗丁啉是治疗FD较有效的药物,中西药联合应用可提高治疗FD的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim:To observe integrated traditional Chinese and westerm medicinal(TCM-WN) treatment on functional dyspepsia.Methods:One hundred and twenty-six cases of FD were divided into three groups,TCM group(group A),Modigliani group(group B) and TCM-WN group(group C)for a 4-week treatment course.Group A(n=44) was treated with Chinese herbal drugs,group B(n=40) with Modigliani and group C(n=42) with Chinese herbal drugs combined with Modigliani.The clinical symptoms of FD were recorded before and after treatment,and changes of gastric emptying rate(GER) were calculated at the times of 15,30 and 60 minutes.Results:The total effective rate was 68.1%,65%and 85.7% in group A,B,C respectively.The comparisons of group A with group B showed significant difference(P>0.05),but significant difference of group C(P<0.05)and(GER) of group C had significant difference among group A and B at different time(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese herbal drugs and Modiglian is effectivly improve symptoms of FD and TCM-WN is more effective in treating on FD.更多还原
