【摘要】 礼貌是各社会各群体共有的普遍现象,但由于文化的不同导致了礼貌原则的不同。本文的目的在于通过揭示不同文化产生的原因,分析价值观、世界观、民族性格等文化因素,语言、思维方式、态度、思维定势等心理因素,物理环境、心理环境、时间环境等环境因素对文化产生的影响,揭示礼貌原则的差异及产生的内在原因,即信息非对称,提出了可行性的礼貌方式和沟通策略。更多还原
