奥氏体化温度对低碳低合金铸钢力学性能影响
The Influence of Austenization Temperature on Mechanical Properties of LALC Cast Steel
【摘要】 研究了奥氏体化温度对低碳低合金铸钢力学性能的影响.结果表明:在奥氏体化温度为880~940℃范围内,随着奥氏体化温度的升高,试样的硬度下降,冲击韧性升高.热处理工艺为900℃×30min+300℃×45min等温淬火后力学性能最佳.
【Abstract】 The influence of austenization temperature on the mechanical properties of low-alloy and low carbon(LALC) cast steel was investigated.The results indicated that the hardness of the alloy decreased and its toughness increased with austenization temperature elevating from 880℃ to 940℃,the optimal comprehensive mechanical properties obtained the austenization at 900℃ for 30min and austempering at 300℃ for 60min.
