【摘要】 目的:探讨高职教师心理健康状况。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对212名襄樊职业技术学院教师进行调查与分析。结果:高职教师SCL-90的总分、阳性项目数、躯体化、强迫、焦虑、敌对、偏执、恐怖、精神病性因子均分和总分均比国内常模高,有12.26%高职教师心理症状较为严重。结论:高职教师心理问题较为严重。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the psychological health of high vocational teachers.Method 212 teachers in Xiangfan Vocational and Technical College were investigated and analyzed according to the sey-assessment(SCL-90).ResultsBoth average rate and total rate in total SCL-90,positive number,somatization,fear,mental illness factor of high vocational teachers are higher than the standard rate,and 12.26% of them have serious psychological symptom.Conclusion Psychological problem of high vocational teachers is serious.更多还原
