【摘要】 目的:探讨胃癌患者手术前后血清中人表皮生长因子(hEGF)含量的变化与胃癌的关系。方法:应用放射免疫分析法(R IA)检测35例胃癌患者手术前后和20例正常人血清中hEGF含量。结果:血清中hEGF含量,胃癌术前组与正常对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05);胃癌术后组与正常对照组比较,差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论:胃癌患者血清hEGF水平明显增高,可作为胃癌的临床诊断和预后评估较为可靠的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the correlation between the change of hEGF level in gastric cancer patients(before and after operation) and gastric cancer.Method We used radio immunoassay(RIA) to detect the level of EGF in serum of 35 gastric cancer patients(before and after operation) and 20 healthy people. Results Difference between the level of hEGF in serum of gastric cancer group(before operation) and the control group is significant(P<0.05);difference between gastric cancer group(after operation) and the control group isn’t significant(P>0.05). Conclusion The level of hEGF in serum of gastric cancer patients heightens obviously,so it can be a good index for diagnosis and evaluation of prognosis in gastric cancer.更多还原
