【摘要】 红豆杉生长缓慢,为播种发芽率低、扦插难生根树种．从插床基质、穗条类型、枝条部位、扦插时期、ABT生根粉等方面对红豆杉生根及苗木生长情况进行了研究,初步摸索出最佳扦插配置,即春（秋）季,以嫩枝嫩梢为穗条,用质量分数为100×10^-6ABT6号生根粉浸泡2h后进行营养袋扦插,该配置穗条生根率高,保存率高．更多还原

【Abstract】 Taxus Chinensis grows slowly,and it is hard to root by seeding and cutting.Rooting and seedling growth conditions of Taxus Chinensis are tested under different media,stock types,landing positions of stock,and so on.The results show that to go cutting by nutrition bags in spring or autumn,taking the tender stocks as materials which have been immersed in 100×10^-6 ABT No.6 for 2 hours,and then high rooting and survival rate will be reached.更多还原
