【摘要】 研究了加工改性剂、热稳定剂和润滑剂等对PVC防护栏表面光滑度的影响。结果表明:ACR-401比ACR-201的效果好,ACR-401用量为1.5~3.0份;有机锡热稳定剂可使物料充分塑化,可改善PVC防护栏表面光滑度;润滑剂要适量,否则会造成PVC防护栏表面不光滑,甚至使物料难以挤出;抗氧化剂有助于物料的挤出成型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Influences of processing modifier,heat stabilizer and lubricant on the surface glossy degree of PVC protective gratings were studied.The results showed that:the effect of ACR-401 was better than that of ACR-201 and the using amount of ACR-401 were 1.5～3.0 parts;organotin heat stabilizer could fully plasticize the materials,improve the surface glossy degree of protective gratings;the using amount of lubricant should be suitable,otherwise the surface of protective gratings would not be glossy,furthermore,the extrusion of materials would be difficult;the using of antioxidant was helpful for the extrusion moulding of materials.更多还原
