【Abstract】 Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome ( PRRS) is a highly infectious viral disease of swine which is characterized as high mortality in neonatal piglets and reproductive failure in enceinte sows. The disease is epidemic wor-ldwide and it causes serious economic loss . Many advances have been achieved in the causative agent of PRRS , PRRS virus ( PRRSV) , especially in vaccine development . Progress in PRRS vaccines , including attenuated vaccine,disactived vaccine and genetic engineering vaccine were reviewed in this paper.更多还原
