车辆平顺性的虚拟仿真及试验

【摘要】 运用多体动力学软件建立了包含前后悬架系统、转向系统和轮胎的整车模型,开发了偏频测试及随机路面输入测试的虚拟仿真试验台。利用该试验台对所建立的整车模型进行了偏频及随机路面输入的虚拟仿真测试,并对样车进行了相应的实车试验。仿真与试验的对比结果表明,该车平顺性能比较理想,平顺性仿真模型较为精确,所开发的虚拟仿真试验台是可行的,为分析车辆平顺性提供了一种快速便捷的方法。

【Abstract】 A vehicle model including the front and rear suspensions,the steering system,and the tires was built by means of a multi-body dynamics software,and a virtual simulation test rig was developed to test the vehicle body natural frequencies under the stochastic road input.The simulation was performed on the test rig and a corresponding real MPV prototype was tested on the road.The comparison between the simulation and the test results show that the ride comfort of the studied MPV is good,the accuracy of the ride comfort simulation model is satisfactory.Therefore,the developed virtual simulation test rig is practical,providing a facilitating approach for the vehicle ride comfort study.
