激光淬火齿轮和渗碳淬火齿轮X射线衍射分析

【摘要】 在40CrNiMoA钢激光相变硬化基础工艺研究的基础上,通过采用齿轮激光热处理关键技术,获得了沿齿廓均匀分布的理想硬化层。对渗碳淬火齿轮(20Cr2Ni4A)和激光淬火齿轮(40CrNiMoA)进行了齿轮X射线衍射分析。试验表明,激光淬火齿轮淬硬层中微晶尺寸明显小于渗碳淬火齿轮的微晶尺寸,激光淬火齿轮淬硬层的残余奥氏体含量较高,而其位错密度比渗碳淬火齿轮高一个数量级。从不同角度证实了激光淬火齿轮接触疲劳强度高于渗碳淬火齿轮接触疲劳强度。

【Abstract】 Based on 40CrNiMoA steel laser harden technique,an ideal evenly distributed harden layer is obtained along the gear through the laser heat-processing technique.The X-ray analysis is carried for comparing the property between the laser hardened gear(40CrNiMoA) and carburized gear(20Cr2Ni4A).The experiments show that the microcrystal size in laser-hardened gear is obviously smaller than that in carburized gear,while the residual austenite is higher and dislocation density is far higher in the former.It verifies that the fatigue strength of former is better.
