【Abstract】 Based on theory of the heat transfer theory,here the features and its solution of Icepak is introduced.Taking handy computer as an example,the calculation region of the electronic facilities is simulated by means of Icepak software,and the thermal analysis is carried.We discuss how to choose the radiation ways,and the detailed thermal design to meet the need of temperature control.更多还原
