聚酯多元醇的合成方法研究
Study on the synthesis method of polyester polyol
【摘要】 工业上生产聚酯多元醇常采用真空脱水法,即在真空条件下以醋酸盐为催化剂,二元酸和二元醇进行缩聚反应,合成一定分子量的聚酯多元醇。高温氮气脱水法是在氮气保护下,高温合成聚酯多元醇。实验讨论了两种方法的优缺点,对聚酯多元醇的生产有一定的参考价值。
【Abstract】 The vacuum dehydration method is often used for producing polyurethane in industry,that is,in the condition of vacuum,the binary acid and the polyol are condensed for synthesizing the certain molecular weight polyester polyol with catalyst acetate.The high temperature nitrogen dehydration method is to synthesize the certain molecular weight polyester polyol under the protection of nitrogen at high temperature.We analyses the features of the both,which is significant to the production of the polyester polyol.
