类石墨相C3N4的高压电学特性
Electrical Properties of Graphite Like C3N4 under High Pressure
【摘要】 利用在金刚石对顶砧(DAC)上的集成微电路技术,高压原位测量类石墨相C3N4的电阻.实验结果表明,在293K,5GPa和11GPa的压力点,电阻明显下降,与理论计算的结构相变压力点一致;在77K,5GPa压力点的电阻基本不变;11GPa压力点的电阻变化更明显.在21GPa压力点附近,C3N4的电阻发生突变,表明此时存在一个未知的相变.
【Abstract】 By means of the technique of microcircuit integrated on DAC,the resistances of graphite like C3N4 were in-situ measured under high pressures.At 293 K,the resistance of g-C3N4 decreased sharply at 5 GPa and 11 GPa respectively,which was consistent with the calculated result.And at 77 K,the resistance of g-C3N4 almost unchanged at 5 GPa,but it changed more sharply at 11 GPa.The rapid decrease of the resistance of g-C3N4 at 21 GPa maybe indicate an unknown phase transition.
