【摘要】 目的对抑郁症脑结构及功能改变的研究现状进行综述。方法查阅国内外相关文献并比较归纳。结果发现患者前额叶或基底节损伤、亨庭顿氏舞蹈病和帕金森氏病的病人,抑郁症的发病率明显高于其他脑部位等同程度损伤的病人;老年抑郁症病人较正常老年人的脑室增大,白质破坏程度严重。结论抑郁症与脑神经结构和功能异常有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize and comment on the recent research on the brain structure and functional changes in Depression.Methods Domestic and foreign Articles in this field were studied,compared and summarized.Results Patients’ the prefrontal cortex basal ganglia were impaired.Rate of Depression in patients with Huntington’s disease or Parkinson’s disease were higher significantly than other patients with same impairment in other areas in quantity.Compared with normal aged people,the patients with depression had expanded brain ventricle and severe damaged white matter.Conclusion Depression has close relation with abnormal nervous structure and function.更多还原
