【摘要】 目的调查创伤后应激障碍检查量表平民版(PCL-C量表)在中国医学生中的信度、效度及其参考值范围,进一步研究心理、人格和应对方式等因素与PTSD的关系。方法采用PTSD检查量表平民版(PCL-C)、特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)及基本情况问卷。对某医科院校一年级的学生192人进行整体抽样调查。结果1PCL-C量表在中国医学院校学生中有良好的信度和效度。2学生PCL-C得分呈正偏态分布,男女无差异。参考值范围为38~47。3SCL-90中偏执、强迫、焦虑三因子得分高,PCL-C得分就高;EPQ中N分高,PCL-C得分高;积极应对得分高者,PCL-C得分低。4SCL-90总分与P分、消极应对、N分呈正相关,与积极应对呈负相关;家庭居住城市的学生SCL-90得分低于居住农村的学生。结论PCL-C量表在中国医学院校学生中有良好的信度和效度,其内容和结构都比较合理。环境、人格等因素影响着人的心理,同时也影响着PTSD的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To survey the reliability and validity of PCL-C in university students in China and its reference value range; further research the relation between PTSD and psychology, personality and coping style. Methods Take the PTSD Checklist-Civilian Version (PCL-C), Coping Style Questionnaire (TCSQ), Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90), Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ), and the basic information questionnaire to make a survey among the 192 freshmen of a medical university as the whole samples. Results ①PCL-C has a good reliability and validity in Chinese medical university students. ②The PCL-C scores are skewed-to-the-left distribution with no difference between the male and the female. Its reference value ranges from 38 to 47. ③The correlation analysis on PCL-C with SCL-90, personality (EPQ ), and coping style showed that the higher score of the 3 factors of SCL-90 including crankiness, force and anxiety, the higher in the score of PCL-C; the higher N score of EPQ, the higher in the score of PCL-C; the higher score of active coping style, the lower in the score of PCL-C. ④The score of SCL-90 is positively related to N, P score of EPQ and negative coping style, and negatively related to active coping style. The students who live in cities are lower in the score of SCL-90 than the students who live in rural areas. Conclusion PCL-C has a good reliability and validity in medical university students in China, and its content and structure are comparatively reasonable. The factors such as environment and personality, affect people’s psychology, further influence the occurrence of PTSD.更多还原
