【摘要】 随着世界经济一体化进程的加快,各国之间的贸易联系不断加强,知识产权中平行进口成为知识产权领域的一个特殊的问题。平行进口有利于商品的自由流通,防止垄断,促进竞争平抑价格,但也给消费者和权利人带来不利的影响。我国应以国家利益为基础出发点,不断完善我国知识产权保护制度,加强知识产权执法力度,促进我国经济更快的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the acceleration of integrative process of world economy,the trade between countries is more frequent.Parallel import becomes a special problem of intellectual property.Parallel import contributes to free circulation of commodity and competitive stabilizing price,and prevents monopoly,but it also brings negative influence for consumers and producers.Therefore,our country,based on national interest,should gradually perfect the protective system and legislation of intellectual property to advance the development of our economy.更多还原
