【Abstract】 In the era of the knowledge economy in which modern high-tech develops rapidly,commercial secrets,as the embodiment of national scientific and technological progress and foundation of enterprise economic development,are valued more and more,and commercial secret protection has become a new hotspot in China’s judicial protection.Prohibition is an important means of protecting commercial secrets.However,China’s relevant laws and regulations on competitive industry prohibition has not formed a complete system,which is not conducive to the standardization of competitive industry prohibition.This paper attempts to make further exploration of the standardization of competitive industry prohibition in the protection of business secrets.更多还原
