【摘要】 与反倾销调查相比,337调查对出口的危害性更大。由于我国对美出口的持续快速增长,再加上企业知识产权保护意识淡薄,对337调查应诉不积极,我国已成为337调查的最大受害国。为此,国内企业应加强知识产权保护意识,谨防出口产品知识产权纠纷的发生;积极应诉,必要时争取庭外和解;发挥行业协会的组织协调作用,国家要严格控制侵权产品的出口,并利用国际争端解决机制,争取美国总统否决337调查的裁决结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Compared with anti-dumping investigation,337 investigation brings greater harm to export.China has become the biggest target of 337 investigation because of export growth to US market,dim consciousness of intellectual property protection and negative measures to 337 investigation.Chinese enterprises should enforce consciousness of intellectual property protection to avoid friction of intellectual property, positively respond to 337 investigation,strive for reconciliation out of court when it is necessary,push industry association to play a role of organization and harmony,control export of infringing goods,strive for US president to veto award of 337 investigation.更多还原
