【摘要】 为综合评价西安市城市土地集约利用状况,文章分析了西安市土地利用结构,并将其与国家城市土地用地标准进行比较;选取了18个非农业人口超过200万的城市(包括西安市),提取15个反映城市土地集约利用的指标进行因素分析,准确定位了西安市在全国同等规模城市中土地集约利用水平;针对西安市集约利用水平较低的现状,运用层次分析法,计算出土地利用潜力分值,从而确定潜力级别;最后,分别从四个方面提出政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper gives a colligation evaluation of Xi’an urban-land intensive use.First,we analyze the land use configuration of Xi’an city,which is compared with standard urban-land use configuration.Then eighteen big cities are selected as the research samples(including Xi’an),where there are a non-agriculture population of more than 2 million,and fifteen indexes are set up to figures out the level of land intensive use in Xi’an by factor analysis.Due to the low level land use of Xi’an,we calculate the potential value of the land use and figures out the potential level in Xi’an by AHP.At last we put forward the policy suggestion of intensive use from four aspects.更多还原
