【摘要】 行政村是我国农村最基层的区域单元,其新农村建设的村级评价对各地新农村建设有着更加直接的推动作用和更加具体的指导意义。文章在确立综合性、针对性、可操作性和可比性原则的基础上,构建了包括5个一级指标、27个二级指标的社会主义新农村建设村级指标体系,并运用该指标体系对衡南县谭子山镇的先进示范村工联村进行实证评价检测,其结果与其农村实际发展情况相符,证明本指标体系具有较好的科学性和可操作性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The administration village is the most grass-roots area element of the rural area in our country,the assessment of which on new rural construction has more directly drive effect and especially concrete guiding significance to everywhere.Based on establishing the principles including the comprehensiveness,pertinency,and it can be easily used in practice and compare,the article have structured a village level assessment index system of the new socialism rural construction including 5 one-level indices,27 two-level indices,whose practicality and accuracy are tested by using it to assess Gonglian village of Hengnan county.更多还原
