【Abstract】 Based on the population immigration theory,the threshold theory and the agglomeration economic theory,this article constructs a dynamic evolutionary model of city scale.The empirical analysis indicates that the urban area of Changsha currently exhibits decreasing returns to scale.Considering the fact that population in the urban area of Changsha will continue to grow in the future,it is now an urgent task to break the city scale threshold restraint,and to choose a developing path of persistent return of scale.更多还原
