教师对新课改阻抗的现状、原因和对策
On Teachers’ Resistance to Curriculum Reform:Actualities,Reasons and Countermeasures
【摘要】 教师是决定新课改成败的关键因素之一,然而,目前尚有许多教师对新课改采取抵抗的态度。本文分析了教师阻抗新课改的现状、原因,并提出了消除教师阻抗的策略。
【Abstract】 The teacher is one of the key factors in the course of curriculum reform.However,there are still a great number of teachers taking the attitude of resistance on curriculum reform.This article analyses the actualities and the reasons for teachers’ resistance,and also puts forward countermeasures.
