【Abstract】 Japan is a big country of outsourcing software and also China′s main offshore outsourcing country now. In the 21th century, there is a series of new trends of japanese outsourcing software. Japan develops its outsourcing software from seaboard to inland, and speed up the step of establishing the R&D center in China and expand the scale of outsourcing software in China. China is the biggest inshore outsourcing country of Japan.
