【Abstract】 The governmental self-advantage refers to the improper benefit of the government and its achievement. From the view of public option theory, it originated from politics and economics, and could be divided into the officer’s self-advantage, the self-advantage of the governmental departments and the self-advantage of the whole government. Its main performance lies in the invalidation of public policy, low efficiency of public goods supply and the government expansion, etc. The public option theory proposes the effective measures to rectify the governmental self-advantage, by way of regulation reform and introduction of competition.更多还原
