【摘要】 目的:总结经阴道超声(TVS)诊断异位妊娠的临床经验,进一步提高诊断符合率。方法:回顾分析本院收治的异位妊娠116例临床资料和TVS图像特征。结果:TVS诊断异位妊娠符合率94.8%,其中包块型94例(81%),胚囊型12例(10.3%),积液型4例(0.03%),误诊率5.2%。结论:应用TVS可为临床提供可靠的诊断图像依据,密切结合临床表现可提高异位妊娠诊断准确率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To summarize clinical experience of diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy by transvaginal sonography(TVS) to improve diagnostic accuracy. Methods: The data of 116 cases of outpatient with emergency ectopic pregnancy who underwent operation and confirmed by pathology were collected. The ultrasonographic features were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The accuracy of ectopic pregnancy diagnosed by transvaginal sonography was 94.8% (110/116), and 94 cases (81%) were presented as mass, 12 cases (10.3%) were presented as gastrulation and 4 cases were presented as effusion.The misdiagnosis rate was 5.2%. Conclusion: It shows that transvaginal sonography can provide credible imaging evidence for diagnosing ectopic pregnancy, which can improve diagnostic accuracy combined with clinical manifestation.更多还原
