【摘要】 目的:了解深圳市育龄妇女生殖健康与计划生育咨询需求,为进一步开展计划生育优质服务提供理论依据。方法:在深圳地区选取研究对象998名,采用定性定量的方法收集数据。结果:对避孕方法名称知晓率最低的是皮下埋植(42.83%),最高的是避孕套(91.98%);缺点知晓率最高的是紧急避孕(59.88%),最低的是避孕针剂(46.56%)。咨询服务满意度满意率较高,为97.49%。育龄群众生殖健康知识水平还需要提高,对计划生育咨询内容范围还需要扩大。结论:在今后的计划生育服务中,应加强计划生育咨询的深度和广度,根据不同需求提供不同的性和生殖健康的知识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the demand of family planning and reproductive health counseling in Shenzhen city to provide scientific evidence for quality of care.Methods:A total of 998 objects enrolled in Shenzhen were interviewed by quantitative and qualitative method.Results:To the awareness of the name of contraception method,the lowest was norplant implantation(42.83%)and he highest was condom(91.98%).To the awareness of disadvantage of contraception method,the highest was emergency contraception(59.88%)and the lowest was contraception injection(46.56%).The satisfaction rate of consultation service was 97.49% which was considered higher satisfaction degree.It was necessary to enhance the level of reproductive health knowledge and enlarge the range of counseling contents.Conclusion:It is recommended that family planning counseling should be extended deeply and widely.The provision of sexual and reproductive health knowledge should be applicable for various demand.更多还原
