【摘要】 目的探索在生殖道感染防治项目中如何提高社会性别敏感性的方法。方法需求评估后,采用参与式培训的方法,对云南省弥勒县、乡两级计划生育服务提供者和管理者25人、农村社区16对夫妇分别进行了两个层次的社会性别培训。结果通过提升社会性别意识培训,把妇女和其配偶自始至终作为行动研究的主体,倡导男女共同参与;服务提供者可根据妇女的需求调整服务取向,确保在生殖道感染防治中具有脆弱性的妇女能够有足够机会获取正确信息。结论在农村社区中积极营造性别平等氛围,可充分动员和发挥家庭及个人的参与性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore measures for improving gender sensitivity in RTIs intervention project through gender and work groups training. Methods: After need evaluation, gender trainings were provided to 25 service providers and managers as well as 16 rural couples at county and township level in Mi’le county in Yunnan province. Results: Through the pilot training focus on raising gender awareness, women and their husbands were kept in focus with RTIs operational research, empower rural women and promote joint participation of women and men. Service providers could tailor their direction according to women needs, which will assure women who were more vulnerable in reproductive health have sufficient opportunity in getting correct information. Conclusion: To create atmosphere for challenging unequal gender can mobilize and exert individuals and families to participate in RTIs in rural area.更多还原
