【Abstract】 From September of 2005,Shanxi Public Security Department measured and tested the basic physical quality and tactics of more than 2 thousand frontline police officers.We found there were some problems about these:grassroots public security organs lacking emphasis on police officers’ physical quality and tactical abilities,having insufficient fund in training,lacking of grassroots police,intensive police work,no guarantee on training,and weak sense of police on training.更多还原
