Al、Mn等合金元素在烧结过程中对多孔砂轮铜基胎体的作用研究
Study on effect of some metal elements on bronze matrix for porous wheel during sintering
【摘要】 本文通过正交试验设计和方差分析,研究添加不同含量的Cr、Co、Ni、Mn、Al等合金元素对多孔砂轮铜基胎体力学性能和显微组织的影响。试验结果表明:添加Co和Mn能同时提高胎体的抗弯强度和硬度;添加A l会降低胎体的抗弯强度但却使胎体的硬度增加;添加Cr使胎体的抗弯强度和硬度均降低;添加N i对胎体的硬度影响很小,但却使胎体的抗弯强度明显降低。
【Abstract】 Effect of metal elements such as Cr,Co,Ni,Mn,Al on the mechanical properties and microstructures of bronze matrix for porous wheel were studied by means of orthogonal test and variance analysis.Experimental results revealed that the addition of Co and Mn leads to increase in both TRS(transverse rupture strength) and hardness of the bronze matrix;the addition of Al leads to decrease in TRS but increase in hardness of the matrix;the addition of Cr leads to decrease in both TRS and hardness of the matrix;and the addition of Ni has little effect on the hardness but leads to great decrease in the TRS of the matrix.
