基于两点法的实用FPA非均匀性校正系统
An Utility FPA Non-uniformity Correct System Based on Two-point Method
【摘要】 红外焦平面器件的非均匀性已经成为制约红外成像质量的主要问题,通过对凝视型和扫描型FPA器件成像特点的分析,综合几种校正技术,认为两点法是目前最实用的处理方法。本文从探测器数据采集、校正处理以及应用出发,搭建了实用的FPA非均匀性校正系统,实验证明该系统满足了实际应用要求。
【Abstract】 The non-uniformity of the infrared FPA has been a key problem that limits the performance of IR imaging.Through analyzing the imaging character of staring FPA and scanning FPA,the paper proposes that two-point method is the more practical way which solves the problem.Beginning with data acquire,the paper builds a non-uniformity correction system.The experimental results show that the system fulfils the application.
