【摘要】 文中介绍了飞秒激光与透明介质材料相互作用的多种机理和理论,重点综述了飞秒激光在制作波导、光栅及光存储结构等方面的最新研究进展和发展趋势。

【Abstract】 The paper summarized various mechanics and theories about the interaction between femtosecond laser and transparent materials.Emphasis is put on the latest researches and application tendency of the femtosecond laser including fabricating waveguides,fiber gratings and data storage in this paper.
