【摘要】 文章通过博弈分析得出,政府和农户是农村合作医疗制度最主要的参与和博弈主体,合作医疗制度能否持续不仅取决于制度设计本身,更取决于政府与农户博弈的结果。增强制度的持续性必须调整二者的成本收益结构、协调二者利益关系,而由于政府在制度建立与持续过程中具有“发动”作用,因此,提高制度设计的科学性、变革政府的态度和成本收益结构是促进合作医疗制度持续性的主要路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 In early foundation of China,our country’s rural cooperative medical services system had effects on alleviating doctors and medicine shortage in our extensive countryside;and launching new type of rural cooperative medical services system again urges it to be basic health system in our countryside.However,cooperative medical services system can’t all along solve the problem as for being short of sustained existence.In histories and nowadays,the situations always appeared like "Tightness,loose,crumple and restart;purpose of research is to bring to light the cost and profits composition and decision-making selection of both principals of countermeasures,based on countermeasures viewpoints of sustained existence of system,principals of government and farmers,as well as analyzing process of sustained existence of cooperative medical services system.Based on contents above-mentioned,the article put forward some proposals on exploding barriers and improving the sustained existence of the rural cooperative medical services system.更多还原
