冬虫夏草对一次性力竭运动大鼠肝脏、肌肉部分生化指标和运动能力的影响
Effect of Chinese Caterpillar Fungus on the Liver Tissue,Muscular Tissue and Capibility of Exercise after Exhaustive Swimming Exercise for the Big Mice
【摘要】 通过建立一次性力竭游泳训练动物模型,分别测定了谷草转氨酶(GPT)的活性、谷丙转氨酶(GOT)的活性、肌酸激酶(CK)的活性、血红蛋白(Hb)的含量、血糖(BS)的含量。实验结果显示:训练组与对照组比较GOP、GPT和CK的活性明显升高(p<0.01),而Hb(P<0.05)和BS(P<0.01)含量有显著性降低。服药训练组大鼠与训练组比较,GOT、GPT和CK的活性明显降低(P<0.05),而Hb(P<0.05)和BS(P<0.01)有显著性升高。通过以上研究结果表明,冬虫夏草对运动造成的骨骼肌细胞膜的损伤有明显的保护作用,提高运动过程中糖的储备和血红蛋白含量,提高运动能力。
【Abstract】 Treated big mice as experiment object,we build disposable exhausted swimming models to train animals.By this way,we can ascertain GPT,GOT,CK,Hb and BS respectively.As a result,compared with the group without any training,the GOT’s,GPT’s and CK’s activity(p<0.01)of trained group rise obviously,while the HB’s(p<0.05) and BS’s activity reduce remarkable.Compared with the group which have taken some medicine,.The GOT’s,GPT’s and CK’s activity reduce respectively,while the HB’s(p<0.05) and BS’s(p<0.01) activity rise apparently.The experiment result show us,Chinese caterpillar can not only help to improve anti-motion ability greatly but also have protective function to the damage of skeletal muscle and cell membrane.
