【摘要】 目的评价六味安消胶囊治疗老年人慢性功能性便秘的临床治疗效果。方法采用随机双盲对照方法,观察66例老年人功能性便秘患者治疗前后排便次数、大便性状、排便困难症状评分、胃肠传输时间。结果六味安消胶囊组排便困难症状人均评分由治疗前基线期11.15±0.65下降为治疗后3.45±0.48(P<0.05),对照组分别为10.45±0.55和8.6±0.28(P>0.05);六味安消胶囊组治疗前后平均钡条残留率分别为68%±6%和40%±3%(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后平均钡条残留率分别为69%±5%和46%±6%(P<0.05)。结论六味安消胶囊能增加老年人功能性便秘患者的排便次数、改变大便性状、加快胃肠传输时间,有较好的安全性和耐受性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Liuwei-Anxiao capsules for functional constipation in elderly. Methods Randomized double-blind control study was applied to observe the defecate frequencies,stool property and constipation symptom grade in 66 old patients with functional constipation treated by Liuwei-Anxiao capsules and placebo respectively. Gastrointestinal motility function was tested by gastrointestinal transit time before and after treatment.Results Constipation symptom grade were reduced from 11.15±0.65 to 3.45±0.48(P<0.05)in Liuwei-Anxiao capsules treatment group. Average barium bar left rates were 68%±6% and 40%±3%(P<0.05)before and after treatment ,respectively.Conclusions Liuwei-Anxiao capsules can decrease average barium bar left rates in old patients with functional constipation, increase defecate frequencies and gastrointestinal transit time, and change stool property.The recipe is safe and well tolerated.更多还原
