【摘要】 目的了解和理解不孕症患者在治疗期间内心深处的感受,以引导护士为患者提供全身心的护理。方法质性描述。采用深度访谈法收集了9例不孕症患者的个案资料,并用现象学分析法进行分析。结果不孕症患者治疗期间的主要体验有5个方面:意外与否认,哀伤与挫折感,抑郁与孤独,内疚与无价值感,性功能紊乱。结论护士应深入了解不孕症患者内心深处的感受,使她们得到身心的全面照护,尽快摆脱治疗过程的痛苦。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the personal feelings of patients with infertilitas feminis during therapy,so as to guide the nurse to provide holistic nursing service.Methods Qualitatire description.The data of 9 patients with infertilitas feminis were collected through deep interview and were analyzed by phenomenology analytic process.Results There were 5 types of main experience for the patients during treatment,including accident and denial,frustration and sorrow,depression and loneliness,guilty and valueless feeling,and sexual function disorders.Conclusion The nurse should have a deep understanding of the feeling of patients with infertilitas feminis and make sure to give them an overall physiopsychic nursing,so as to free them from the anguish of therapy.更多还原
