【摘要】 简要介绍了ERP/MES/PCS的企业三层结构模型,并针对企业资源计划(ERP)和制造执行系统(MES)的集成问题,阐述了目前的集成方法,分析了通过传统方法集成MES和ERP带来的弊端。提出了ERP和MES虽然在企业三层结构模型中处于不同的功能层次,但并不影响物理上将其在同一层实现的观点,从而提出了将两者整合为一个新系统的方案,并提出了离散制造业ERP解决方案的设想。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article briefly presents the three-level structure module of ERP/MES/PCS in enterpri- ses.Based on the integrating problem of ERP and MES,the article expounds the present traditional integra- ting methods and analyzes their disadvantages.Mthough ERP and MES are not at the same function level of this module,they can be physically integrated at the same level.A scheme that ERP and MES can be inte- grated into a single system is put forwarded,and the solution in discrete manufacturing industry is also pon- dered.更多还原
