用有限元法对船用空压机曲轴设计模型分析
Analyzing the design model of air compressor crankshaftly by FEA
【摘要】 在使用CAD软件对船用2ZF-0.34/3-B型的空压机曲轴进行三维实体建模的基础上,用ANSYS软件对此曲轴进行计算机模态分析,研究其前5阶的模态参数和变形状态,并将其结果与试验数据进行比较,得到一些有意义的结论,为动态响应分析提供了可靠的动力学模型.
【Abstract】 This paper first used CAD software to build 3D solid model for the marine 2ZF-0.34/3-B type compressor crankshaft, then made its model analyses by means of the ANSYS software and studied its first five bands model parameters and deformation, finally compared the result of model analyses with the experimental data and got some meaningful conclusions, which will provide reliable dynamic model for its dynamic response analyses.
