双阶分离式BOM结构的研究与应用
Research and application of double-layer separative BOM structure
【摘要】 在分析现代生产模式下传统BOM结构缺陷的基础上,提出了双阶分离式BOM结构,并给出了面向对象的相关算法。通过适当选择产品结构树节点的分离层次,极大地减小了数据冗余量,提高了系统的运算效率,并可为MRP的运算提供一种新的方法。
【Abstract】 Double-steps separative BOM structure was presented,based on analyzing the shortcoming of traditional BOM on Mass Customization production,and its recursion algorithm was given.Through selecting the separate layer of product structure trees node properly,it can greatly reduce the redundancy of data,improve the operation efficiency of system,a new method to MRP’operation was also provided.
