【摘要】 在旅游经济对国民经济的贡献无法准确衡量,旅游业在国民经济中缺乏恰当定位的情况下,旅游卫星账户(TSA)应运而生。TSA在概念、定义、分类及其原理方面保持着与国民账户体系(SNA93)的一致性,它采取将旅游需求与旅游供给相结合的分析思路,通过剥离旅游增加值,计算旅游GDP来准确衡量旅游经济影响。目前TSA已经可以投入使用,但仍有一些领域有待于进一步完善,其中劳动力市场模块的扩展、TSA在时间和空间领域的延伸、国家旅游指标以及旅游经济影响模型等即为完善TSA的有效尝试。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tourism Satellite Account(TSA) came into being because there was no exact evaluation of the contributions of tourism activities,as well as no proper position of tourism industry in the whole economy.TSA shares the same conceptions,definitions,classifications and principals with SNA93.It relates demand and supply,thus reflects the position and function of tourism industry in the whole economy by separating the Tourism Value Added(TVA) and calculating tourism GDP.TSA has been put into practice now.However,it also needs improvement in several aspects,including expanded labor market module,creation of provincial and seasonal accounts,the national tourism indicators and the tourism economic impact model.更多还原
