【Abstract】 The paper introduces a method that a computer makes a electromagnetic field of high frequency. The electromagnetic field can make the water in it be resonant with it’s frequency, then the physical characters of the water’s molecules and the salts of calcium and magnesium in the water be changed, as a result of the water be made into active water.
