集成开发环境下的现代机电产品开发

【摘要】 通过对现代设计技术和方法在机电产品开发中的应用和发展作简要分析,阐明了现代设计技术在现代机电产品开发重要作用,指出现代机电产品是由不同领域的零部件耦合的多领域物理系统,提出了基于现代设计技术建立集成开发环境的现代产品开发框架体系,该体系结构包括机械动力学模型建立,控制算法设计、软件设计和硬件设计、快速原型、嵌入式系统开发,该体系可以大大减少产品研发周期和成本。最后,通过空气悬架集成开发的应用实例,阐述了集成开发系统应用的架构和关键技术。

【Abstract】 This article has stated the important function of the modern advanced design technology and the method in the mechanical and electrical products development by a brief summary to the application and development,pointed out the modern mechanical & electrical products are the Multi-domain Physical Systems of the different part coupling, Integrated Development Environment modern product development frame system based on the modern design technology is also proposed, this architecture including the mechanical kinetics model establishment, the control algorithm design, the software design and the hardware design, Rapid Prototyping,the embedded system development, this system may reduce greatly the product research and development cycle and the cost. Finally, through one application example of the air suspension integration development system is given in order to demonstrate the integrated development system application construction and the key technologies.
