【摘要】 我国的甘蔗剥叶主要靠手工完成,迫切需要剥叶机来替代这一繁重的工作。本文介绍了一种新型的甘蔗剥叶机,核心部件是定轴转动的中空剥叶轴。工作时甘蔗从剥叶轴中心通过,随轴转动的剥叶爪在甘蔗茎表面划过,相对于蔗茎表面作螺旋运动,将甘蔗叶剥下。此机具有剥叶干净,效率高的特点,有较好的推广价值。文中对机器的结构组成、工作原理、设计定位思想作了全面阐述,可供设计同类机型时参考。更多还原
