基于经验的计算机辅助切削用量计算模型及系统
Experience-based Computer-Aided Cutting Parameters Selection Models and System
【摘要】 分析、比较了基于特殊目标函数、人工神经网络、基于绿色制造三种切削用量模型,建立了一种基于经验的切削用量选择模型模型,应用Delphi开发了计算机辅助切削用量选择系统。应用表明,该模型易于建立,方便操作,能够继承企业原有的生产经验,适用于小批量生产时的工艺设计。还可以单独使用或与CAPP系统的无缝集成。
【Abstract】 This paper analysis three different models for cutting parameters selection, which include based-on customized objective function model, artificial neutral network model and base-on green manufacturing model. We also propose an experience-based cutting parameter selection model and develop the computer-aided cutting parameter selection system with Delphi. It is easy to construct and manipulate the CACPS system, which is suitable to make process plan for small-batch production. This system is independent to use and can also be integrated into CAPP system.
