基于多条激光线的钢板表面缺陷三维检测方法
A 3D Detection Technique for Surface Defects of Steel Plates Based on Multiple Laser Lines
【摘要】 将一激光器投射出的多条线型激光垂直向下照射钢板表面,用面阵CCD摄像机采集这些激光线的图像。根据标定的结果可将图像坐标转换为空间坐标,从而可以得到钢板表面的高度坐标。通过这种方式可以检测钢板表面的三维缺陷,并获取缺陷的深度信息。通过对实际钢板缺陷进行验证,采用该方法计算的深度值与实际值非常接近。
【Abstract】 Multiple parallel lines emitted by a linear laser were projected on the surface of steel plates vertically, and images of these parallel lines were captured by an area-scan camera. Spatial coordinates of lasers were calculated through their image coordinates and coefficients of calibration, then, surface heights of steel plates were obtained. In this way, 3D defects on the surface of steel plates were detected, and depths of defects were obtained. Examination with samples showed that depths of defects measured was very close to their actual values, and the error rate was lower than 7%.
