【摘要】 车用传感器的故障诊断是汽车维修的重要组成部分,本文介绍了车用ABS磁电式轮速传感器故障诊断系统的工作原理、参数计算和软件设计,利用Visual Basic编制界面和采集程序,由数据采集卡HY-6070C实现轮速传感器信号的采集和A/D转换,由计算机完成数据的处理、保存和实时数据、波形的显示,同时还可以提供传感器的标准数据,为传感器的故障诊断提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The failure diagnosis of sensors is an important part in car maintenance. This paper introduces the working principle, parameter calculation and software design of an diagnosis system of magnetoelectricity wheel speed sensor using in ABS. The interface and collection program is made by Visual Basic. The signal collection of sensors and A/D transition is achieved by data acquisition card HY-6070C. Data processing, showing and preserving is completed by computer. The standard data of sensor is showed at the same time. This can provide reference of sensors’ diagnosis.更多还原
